Titus CHP 3, Ver 5:7

5. Not by the works of righteousness which we have done, but according to HIS Mercy HE saved us, by the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Ghost.
6. Which HE shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour.
7. That being justified by his grace we should be made heirs according to the Hope of Eternal Life.

Let us meditate on the above.

Since I'm at a situation right now in my life where I have been blessed everyday abundantly. By HIS grace.

I'm constantly being followed by the evil around me. In my thoughts, polluting me in the ways I live.

The words given to us are very strong to hold us against Pride :)

One of the very deadly sins we can commit is Pride.

Verse 5: Tells us not by the works of the righteousness that we have done.

We may have done a lot of things according to what God says, especially when we are gifted the fruits of our hard work, our sacrifices. We tend to think that we are responsible for what we achieve.

But this is completely wrong. This is the way Satan paves the way for us towards Pride moving to arrogance and anger so on...

....But according to HIS mercy He saved us. by washing of regeneration and renewing the Holy Ghost.
We have to constantly keep in mind that it is according to Abba Father our life falls in place and out of place. It is in HIS perfect Timing that we live in.

We have no reason to boast about anything in Life.

Especially in my situation I have been attacked by Satan, When I was given the many gifts by my Lord, a human mind tends to think why should we gift the same level of happiness to someone else??
Can't I live in better standards and have better things than others? We forget that this was not because of our Righteousness but Because of HIS Mercy

What we can do is keep in mind.

Matthew 10:8 "Freely you received, freely you give"

6. Which HE shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour

Through the Blood of Jesus we are purified. Blood has the utmost importance. Biblically and scientifically Blood has proven to be the life for living.. Jesus has saved us by His Blood.

7. That being justified by his grace we should be made heirs according to the Hope of Eternal Life

Speaking of the blood, don't you feel that by Jesus sacrifice we all were made equal. Given a chance?
Yes Jesus gave us a chance to leave everything and to follow Him. No more sacrifices no more authorities but He established us to be worthy of Worshipping our Lord. As we were sinners and will always be.

But he gave us a chance to repent before the time comes and renew our lives by the Holy Spirit.
